Kudrat Adeyemi is a devoted Muslim woman, wife, and mother of three lovely children. She is passionate about empowering women, strengthening communities, and creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and supported.

Kudrat is the Founder and Coordinator of Salam Sisters Association, a women-focused community group established in 2014 with the aim of empowering women and their communities to develop confidence, grow in faith and become better versions of themselves.

Through Salam Sisters Association, Kudrat helps to organise workshops, wellbeing activities, and community initiatives while creating safe and welcoming spaces where women can connect, share experiences, and participate in conversations that really matter.

Kudrat is a graduate of English Language and has also studied Advice and Guidance. She further developed her professional expertise by completing a Chartered Institute of Housing qualification in Housing Management.

She currently works as a scheme manager within the social housing sector, supporting people aged 55 and over who live in sheltered accommodation. In her role, she works collaboratively with health and other professionals to provide a holistic approach to supporting individuals, promoting their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

At the heart of both her professional and community work is a genuine commitment to people. Kudrat is passionate about listening with empathy, understanding individual circumstances, and providing effective support that responds to each person's needs.

Her work reflects her belief in the importance of faith, compassion, and community and creating opportunities for people to feel empowered to move forward with confidence.
